We realized immediately, after placing the order, at some point in all of our indecisiveness we had failed to make sure that the shelves got added to our order. I reached out to customer service via the site immediately and by the next day they had resolved everything and our order was back on track. It’s rare to experience good customer service like that nowadays.
Shipping was quick, all parts were accounted for and very organized, assembly instructions were very organized and easy to follow. We didn’t need to rely on customer service for anything yet, but we trust Lori Beds would be dependable and responsive. The bed is well-made and thoughtfully designed.

I got ads for Lori Beds for years, taped it out on my wall where I thought it could go, tried out my sister's before I was finally ready to pull the trigger. It's a big investment, shipping and delivery was a challenge, and I had to ask family for help for set up, but I am very pleased with how it turned out. The only thing that bothers me is that the bookcase is not as tall as the Lori Bed. It has adjustable feet you can add, but why not just make them the same height? I've had 3 different guest use it and like it, and my cat loves when people stay with us so he can run through the shelves like a tunnel.
Lori Beds is super easy to work with. Their website is easy to navigate. The assembly tutorial videos and written instructions are very clear. Their communication after purchase is timely and accurate. Very easy and pleasurable to do business with Lori Beds.

it took about 8 h to put together. i just looked at the print instructions. the pictures are very small so pay attention to every detail in them. that dot is actually a screw hole.
I’ve had to call a few times and although phone not answered when I call, I have always gotten a call back within a day and sometimes within a few hours
I did reach out to customer service while assembling my Lori Wall Bed because I hit a confusing step and wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly.
I ended up figuring out the issue on my own pretty quickly, but what stood out was how fast they responded. They returned my call right away, which I really appreciated. Even though I didn’t end up needing their help, it was reassuring to know support was readily available if I had needed it.
Easy peasy! All arrived on time, no issues. Great quality, it’s a beautiful piece that will last forever.
Super comfy bed, honestly more comfortable than the rest of the beds in the house. The quality is very much there and the whole family has been impressed when they stay over. Some even fight over staying in the room that has this bed over the others. Would definitely recommend.
Be prepared to spend some time with the layout and follow up. You cannot assemble this unit without help Preassembly can be accomplished without help, final assembly requires help.
The screws used in the final assembly should have a recess for the head of the screw to provide a smooth finish.

I’m writing this review for the fyi-geeks and engineers out there. There are already lots of reviews about how wonderful the product is (and it is), so here’s a review about how well the Lori Bed is designed and crafted and how easy it is to put together. First of all, I don’t write many positive reviews, and have probably never written one on a product I had to put together. I could tell, just unpacking the parts, that this bed had been thought through very well on every level. There are individual parts bags for every step, every part was precisely cut, finished, and all parts fit together flawlessly. And the documentation was excellent, too. Very well written and easy to follow. The plywood core for all of the panels is very sturdy compared to melamine and all of the hardware was much stronger than anything I’ve ever bought from a big-box store. The safety mechanisms to keep the bed open and to lock it when it’s closed are appreciated, too. The only issue I had was with the screws they provided to attach the frame to the wall. The documentation says to pre drill the bed and drywall only and not to pre drill the hole in the stud. I rounded out the head of the first screw and ended up predrilling the stud and using my own screws. Other than that, Lori Beds puts out a fantastic product.
We have a small guest room. We are trying to maximize space with a queen size Lori bed. You'll need two people to assemble. We went with this bed versus others because of safety locking features. We want to make sure everyone is safe. We are very happy with this purchase and highly recomend.
Ordering a Lori Bed was easy. They have great customer service. They answered questions, checked in to make sure the crew had arrived. Bed arrived in a timely manner even with it being middle of holiday season.

I assembled the Lori horizontal queen bed over the course of a few days at a leisurely pace. A helper was needed for only one step. When I encountered a small problem with an out of tolerance part, the service team responded quickly. Otherwise, I found the tolerances perfect, as are the materials, hardware, and assembly instructions. The video supplements the printed instructions very well. This is a premium product. Highly recommended.

The Lori bed is great. Installation and assembly was atraight forward especially if you have assembled Ikea or similar furniture. All the steps are well labeled and explained and the hardware for each step comes in its own numbered bag. They all include some extra hardware which is useful if you lose a screw or as in our case one of the screws had a bad thread. You can do it yourself but will definitely need help to lift the frame which is heavy at an awkward angle into the main Murphy bed cabinet. Overall it took about 10-11 hours over 4 days to complete.
